Based in our 6-star Sydney HQ, you will be joining a large finance function, you will be working with like-minded individuals and leaders who are driven to grow your career in the finance function. As an accounting assistant in the AR team, your key responsibilities will be working with stakeholders and clients to support the billing process to ensure effective and accurate cash flow. What does your day look like? Setting up billing details in our in-house accounting system Processing invoices (standard, complex and Intercompany), credit notes and receipts Account reconciliation Processing contract renewals Refund processing. Cash posting / allocations (EFT & Credit Card) General finance administration What we’re looking for: Previous experience in AR role is preferred or a minimum 6 months working experience in a finance role Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills Degree qualification in Business or Finance is preferred Full working rights are required for this role.
